The service

Happy Pickup ("we") provides a shared online calendar for families. The service is offered as-is while in early testing.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create a family account. Children's profiles are created and managed by the family's adult admin.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done under your account. Family admins can reset member passwords.
• One account per person; do not share invite codes outside your family.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your own family's scheduling.
• Do not attempt to access other families' data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it for anything unlawful.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you enter. By using the service you give us permission to store and display it back to your family — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Availability

This is an early product. We work to keep it running and to back up data daily, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed pickups or scheduling errors — please double-check anything critical.

Free and paid plans

The free plan is supported and will remain available. Paid plans, if offered, will be billed as described at signup; you can cancel anytime.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
